Paleo Diet: Maximize Fat Loss Naturally

30 day paleo diet challenge
30 day paleo diet challenge

Shed Fat, Naturally?

This is quite an interesting concept to most people. Working towards a fat and weight loss goal can seem almost far fetched at times, especially if you are living with a chronic autoimmune disorder. I have to tell you that your health and weight loss goals are achievable. Put in a little effort and you will see amazing health rewards.

I started eating paleo and following the 30 day challenge about 2 weeks go. The paleo diet is known to naturally maximize fat loss, as well as reduce if not eliminate symptoms for people living with an autoimmune disorder.

I am feeling (and looking) better than I had been prior to starting the 30 day challenge and continue to notice a change in my MG (auto-immune disorder) symptoms for the better. I have more energy, I feel stronger, look leaner (I’m loosing body fat, finally!), while eating more and sleeping better.

The Natural Way

I am all for reclaiming health and losing weight naturally. I say ditch those OTC manufactured and synthetic drugs and turn to natural cures. There are so many natural cures and remedies out there and far to many incidents of health concern from the use of many OTC drugs. Read about the healing powers of coconut oil, for example.

Fat Loss Guide

Take a look at this visual guide from Robb Wolf, a former research biochemist and the New York Times Best Selling author of The Paleo Solution – The Original Human Dieton how to tweak the paleo diet to burn more fat and rid yourself of excess weight.

Its up to you to take action and get your health back. Use these fat loss tips to move in the right direction and reach your health, fat loss and weight loss goals. Share this with a friend or loved one. You never know, this guide may be the last bit (or starting point) of information they need to get their health back on track again.

  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. ground flax seed

Why is this green smoothie so great?

It has been blended down making all of the raw nutrients accessible, easily digestible and immediately available to your body.

Spinach: Reduces systemic inflammation and is especially good for inflammation in the gut.

Banana: High in Potassium, an essential mineral and a major electrolyte found in the human body. It plays an important role in electrolyte regulation, nerve function, muscle control, and blood pressure.

Coconut water: Refuels and rehydrates – coconut water maintains the body’s fluid levels and its potassium content helps maintain water pressure within cells and blood. Also improves nervous system functioning and nerve transmission.

Blueberries: Naturally sweet and low on the glycemic index. These berries contain more antioxidants than any other berry you can eat. The anti-oxidants of blueberries have system-wide effects, improves cholesterol, lowers blood pressure and may improve blood sugar levels.

Cinnamon: Improves blood sugar control. Lowers the glycemic impact of food consumed with the spice.

Flax Seed: Excellent source of anti-inflammatory Omega 3 fatty acids and is anti-inflammatory. Full of fiber and cancer fighting ligands. Adds bulk to help keep you full longer.
